[AD] Refreshing My Winter Wardrobe #ACEWinterRefreshChallenge

It is no good. There is no denying the fact that summer is long gone! This weekend, I have done the swap over of clothes. Goodbye pastel pinks and 3/4 length trousers. Hello warm snuggly jumpers and thick black tights.

At the beginning of the year I got a bit obsessed with Mari Kondo on Netflix. More watching it than doing it unfortunately. I did, however, invest in some packing cubes so that I could put the clothes that “sparked joy” out of the way until I needed them. Now is the time to swap over the summer to winter clothes and remember to re-evaluate if I still love them.

Packing Away The Summer Clothes

I must say I am please to have this sweatshirt out again, as well as my knitted dresses. But they did need a refresh with Ace!

ACE for colours powder has come in handy at giving my old winter wardrobe a refresh. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the plastic free packaging along with it’s stain removing qualities.

It has also been a Godsend with the boys school t-shirts. You would think that they would wear jumpers in this cold weather, but no, not my boys. They have been wearing their new yellow polo shirts and getting all manner of stains over them. ACE will be helping me keep this fresher for longer!

I am looking forward to my new looking wardrobe, but will definitely be adding to it with a few more pieces over the coming months.

  1. Empathise with having children who will not wrap up warm. Commenting for myself and on behalf of BritMums and thanking you for taking part
